Every piece leaves the workshop in Beliatta, Hambantota District, Sri Lanka, and is packed for your address. Checkout is in US dollars. Approximate euros sit beside those prices and are labelled approx. — they are a conversion, not a second storefront.

Orders are packed at the workshop and posted internationally from Sri Lanka. Delivery windows depend on the destination and the carrier; we confirm postage and a realistic arrival range by email after the order is received. There is no US, UK, or EU warehouse.

United States orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees charged by US Customs on arrival. Those charges are not included in the USD prices and are not collected by Waaeco. US shoppers see and pay USD. The euro figure next to the dollar price is only a labelled approximation.

This is one English storefront. UK and Ireland shoppers use the same pages (hreflang en-GB and en-IE point here). The United Kingdom is not in the European Union, so EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) does not cover UK deliveries. A UK parcel may attract UK VAT or import handling charged by HMRC or the carrier on arrival. Those charges are not collected by Waaeco at checkout.

EU deliveries are also posted from Sri Lanka. We are not on IOSS and we do not collect EU VAT. Approximate EUR shown beside USD is a labelled approx. conversion of the USD list price — not an EU VAT-inclusive price. Import VAT may still be charged on arrival, and a carrier may add a disbursement fee. You are still charged in USD.

If a piece is unused and in the condition it arrived, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Write to waaeco@gmail.com with your order details. We will confirm the return address in Sri Lanka. Return postage is typically paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong piece or a damaged one.

Wood is a natural material. We cannot take back a bangle or ring that has been worn, oiled, or marked in use. Custom size notes, once made, are not returnable.
